In order to select a proper piezoelectricity valve for the gas injecting system on Sino UNIted Spherical Tokamak ( SUNIST), we have tested the gas injecting rate and pulse response of NS valve ( made in China) and VEECO valve ( made in USA).

为了给中国联合球形托卡马克装置（SUNIST）的充气系统选择合适的压电阀，我们对国产NS型压电阀和美国的VEECO压电阀进行了送气率和脉冲送气特性的测试。
